Instructions

  1. Mix the dry dough ingredients together. Gradually stir in the mineral water with the whisk until a very thick dough is formed. Let stand for 10 minutes. If necessary, stir in a little more mineral water.
  2. Remove the core of the zucchini. Grate the zucchini and cut the spring onions into slices. Mix both with the dough.
  3. Heat enough oil in a medium-sized pan to completely cover the bottom. Put several piles of dough in the pan, spread with a spoon and flatten. Bake the buffers over medium heat for 5 - 7 minutes on each side. Drain on kitchen paper and serve with a chilli dip.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
