Ingredients

  • 1 packet puff pastry
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 12 stalks asparagus, green
  • 1 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Roll out the puff pastry and cut lengthways into approx. 1 cm wide strips.
  2. Halve the slices of bacon lengthways and wrap a strip around a stick of asparagus in a spiral. Now wrap a strip of puff pastry around the asparagus so that it fills the spaces between the bacon. Repeat with the remaining asparagus spears.
  3. Now spread these on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush with a whisked egg. Season carefully with salt and pepper and finally sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C top and bottom heat for 18 minutes.
