Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus, green
  • 250 g pasta
  • 4 slices meat loaf
  • 1 packet hollandaise sauce
  • 200 g ratin cheese
  • 4 stalks parsley
  • 400 ml milk
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water for about 5 minutes and then drain.
  2. Cut the meat loaf and asparagus into pieces and mix with the pasta in a baking dish. Chop the parsley and mix with the milk and hollandaise sauce.
  3. Season the hollandaise mixture with salt and pepper and spread over the pasta, asparagus and meat loaf. Sprinkle everything with the gratin cheese and cook at 180 degrees convection for about 30 minutes until the pasta is al dente.
