Ingredients

  • 500 g asparaus, reen
  • 250 g spahetti
  • butter
  • olive oil
  • powdered sugar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon Marsala
  • 1 tablespoon white wine
  • 2 tablespoon parmesan
  • Herbs, fresh
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean the asparagus, but do not peel it, and cut into 3 cm long pieces. Melt a small piece of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan, then turn the asparagus pieces in it for a few minutes. Sprinkle with a pinch of powdered sugar and salt.
  2. Whisk the eggs with the white wine and Marsala, fold in the parmesan.
  3. Boil the spaghetti, drain and pour hot into the egg mixture, stir, then put the spaghetti with this egg mixture in the hot pan with the fried pieces of asparagus, mix everything with two forks. Top with pepper and fresh green herbs. Serve immediately and very hot.
