Ingredients

  • 500 g asparaus, white or reen
  • 250 ml hollandaise sauce
  • 1 pack ham, diced lean, smoked
  • 100 g cheese, rated milder

Instructions

  1. Peel the asparagus as usual, i.e. it goes faster with green ones. Layer the raw hollandaise sauce over the top and sprinkle over the diced ham and grated cheese. Cook in a non-preheated oven for approx. 60 minutes at 180 degrees (convection), that`s it! Serve with new potatoes.
  2. Easily prepared meal with minimal effort and great effect!
