  • 1 ½ kg asparagus
  • Salt water
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar
  • 500 g pork fillet (s)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 packet hollandaise sauce
  • 2 tablespoon pesto, green
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Peel the asparagus and cook in salted water with a pinch of sugar for 12-15 minutes. Wash the fillet, pat dry and cut into slices.
  2. Fry in oil, season with salt and pepper and remove. Take the asparagus out of the water and spread it in a greased baking dish. Place the fillet on the asparagus.
  3. Spread the hollandaise over it. Sprinkle the pesto on top. Bake in the oven at 175 ° C (fan oven) for about 15 minutes.
