Ingredients

  • 500 g asparaus (medium size, that`s 5 - 6 stalks)
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • salt
  • some flakes butter at will

Instructions

  1. Wash the asparagus, peel it generously and cut off the ends.
  2. Pour into a roasting tube and sprinkle a little salt, sugar and a few pieces of butter on top. Close the roasting tube on the side with the enclosed closures, place on the cold baking sheet and slide into the preheated oven. Cook for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees, depending on the thickness of the sticks. Serve the sachet on the plate and cut open there.
  3. This preparation method is pure, allows the asparagus to develop its own flavor and is absolutely clean.
