Ingredients- 400 g asparaus, white
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 4 tablespoon butter
- olive oil
- salt and pepper

- Peel the asparagus, rub it with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Spread the asparagus on four pieces of aluminum foil, place a bouquet of thyme on each of the asparagus, spread the butter flakes on top and seal the aluminum foil.
- Cook the parcels in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
