Asparagus in Bacon

I want to show you a very tasty, appetizing, and simple appetizer in the process. Asparagus is not often used by our hostesses, so I’m sure this dish will surprise your loved ones and guests.

Ingredients

  • Asparagus – 400-450 grams (about 12-15 pieces)
  • Bacon – 12-15 Slices (or pancetta)
  • Vegetable oil – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Here are our ingredients, there are only 2 of them.
  2. Wash the asparagus, dry it, remove the hard ends. Wrap in a slice of bacon or pancetta.
  3. Heat some oil in a frying pan, add asparagus. Fry over medium heat until golden brown on all sides (about 5 minutes).
  4. Then put on a paper towel, slightly blot out excess fat – and you can serve asparagus in bacon to the table.
