Ingredients

  • 500 g asparaus, white or reen
  • sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 g bacon, diced
  • 200 g pasta
  • 3 tomato (s), dried, pickled in oil
  • Oil, from the tomatoes
  • rosemary

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Cut the cleaned asparagus into 1 cm long pieces and fry them in a pan with the oil. Season with sugar and salt and stew until al dente (approx. 10 min). Fry the bacon and add the cooked pasta. Finally add the chopped dried tomatoes and season with salt, pepper and rosemary.
