Asparagus Pie

A simple recipe for making a pie with asparagus on puff pastry should pleasantly surprise you with its original look. A beautiful, tasty and healthy asparagus pie can be prepared simply and within an hour.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry – 1 Piece
  • Flour – 1 Art. spoon (a little for powder)
  • Grated Cheese – 2 Glasses
  • Asparagus – 700 Grams
  • Salt, pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Sprinkle it with flour so that the dough does not stick.
  2. We line baking paper on a baking sheet and put our dough sheet on it. Using a knife, remove excess dough and make holes over the entire area with a fork. And we send the baking sheet to an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
  3. At this time, rub the cheese on a coarse grater, rinse the asparagus thoroughly, dry it and cut off the unnecessary ends.
  4. Then we take out the browned dough and spread the cheese evenly, then the asparagus and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Send back to the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  5. You should get such a beautiful and mouth-watering asparagus pie.
  6. Cut the pie into portions and serve warm.
