  • 1 roll (s) puff pastry from the refrigerated shelf
  • 5 spear / s asparagus, green
  • 3 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • some white pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Wash the asparagus, peel the lower third and cut the stalks into 3 parts. Peel the garlic, finely chop it and mix it with the cream cheese and pepper. Roll out the puff pastry, spread the cream cheese and cut into 15 pieces. Place a piece of asparagus on each piece of puff pastry, roll it up and press down firmly.
  2. Bake at 200 ° C top and bottom heat for 10 - 12 minutes and ideally serve immediately.
