Ingredients

  • 1 kg asparagus, white

  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, grainier
  • 6 tablespoon oil, (sunflower oil)
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly tarragon

Instructions

  1. Peel the asparagus, cut into bite-sized pieces and cook until firm to the bite for 6-8 minutes. Cut the spring onion into thin rings and dice the ham.
  2. Mix with the salad sauce, made from the specified ingredients, and let it steep.
  3. Tarragon is also delicious in the salad dressing.
