Ingredients

  • 300 g spahetti
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 0.5 ½ bunch asparagus, white
  • 3 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • some parmesan, grated
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Peel the asparagus and break off the woody ends. Cut the good parts into pieces approx. 4 cm long. Cook together with the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.
  2. Cut the ham into small cubes.
  3. Melt the butter and sauté the spring onions and ham in it. Now stir in the crème fraîche.
  4. Drain the pasta and asparagus and collect half a ladle of the cooking water.
  5. Put the pasta and the asparagus pieces back in the pot and add the cooking water. Mix with the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Arrange on plates and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
