Ingredients

For the ground:

  • 250 g flour
  • 125 g quark
  • 50 g cheese (Gouda, old)
  • 125 g butter
  • a bit salt

For covering:

  • 500 g asparaus, white
  • Salt water
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 100 g wild arlic
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 200 g sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Work the ingredients for the base into a smooth dough and chill for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, peel the asparagus, cook in salted water until firm to the bite and cut in half. Dice the ham, cut the wild garlic into small pieces. Whisk the remaining ingredients together and season to taste.
  2. Place the dough in the baking pan, the edge should be approx. 3 cm high. Place the asparagus on the dough, then spread the ham and wild garlic on top. Now pour the cream mixture over it.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes. A Pinot Noir rose goes well with it.
