Asparagus with Chicken

- Wash the chicken, cut it into small pieces. Fry in vegetable oil.
- Then add the asparagus. If the asparagus is frozen, immediately pour it into the pan. If fresh, wash well before adding to chicken.
- Season the chicken with asparagus with salt, pepper, and simmer, covered, for ten minutes.
- While the asparagus and chicken are stewing, take the chili pepper, peel it and cut it into small pieces.
- Cut the tomatoes into wedges.
- Add chili and tomatoes to the chicken asparagus.
- Then add tomato paste, stir everything and simmer for another ten minutes.
- Asparagus with chicken is ready! You see how quick and easy it is. If you don’t like spicy food, you can substitute chili peppers with green onions.
