Asparagus with Chicken

The delicious and hearty Asparagus with Chicken can be served without a side dish.

Ingredients

  • Chicken – 300-400 Grams
  • Asparagus – 300-400 Grams
  • Chili pepper – 1 Piece
  • Tomato paste – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Salt – To taste
  • Ground black pepper – To taste
  • Tomatoes – 1-2 Pieces

Directions

  1. Wash the chicken, cut it into small pieces. Fry in vegetable oil.
  2. Then add the asparagus. If the asparagus is frozen, immediately pour it into the pan. If fresh, wash well before adding to chicken.
  3. Season the chicken with asparagus with salt, pepper, and simmer, covered, for ten minutes.
  4. While the asparagus and chicken are stewing, take the chili pepper, peel it and cut it into small pieces.
  5. Cut the tomatoes into wedges.
  6. Add chili and tomatoes to the chicken asparagus.
  7. Then add tomato paste, stir everything and simmer for another ten minutes.
  8. Asparagus with chicken is ready! You see how quick and easy it is. If you don’t like spicy food, you can substitute chili peppers with green onions.
