Instructions

  1. Make a sponge mixture from 250 g flour, 150 g sugar, 125 g butter and 1 egg. Put this in a greased springform pan and smooth it out.
  2. For the topping, peel, core and dice the apples, mix with lemon juice and spread on the batter.
  3. Whip 1 cup of cream until stiff. Make another sponge mixture from 150 g butter, 125 g sugar, 1 egg, 1/2 packet of lemon peel and 100 g flour. Fold in the cream and then spread everything evenly on the apples. Pour the sliced almonds on top and sprinkle with the sugar.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C top / bottom heat for about 1 hour.
