Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 glass cherry (s)
  • 1 sachet pudding powder (vanilla flavor) for cooking
  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 1 sachet cream stabilizer
  • 2 tablespoon sugar (heaped )
  • 1 pack chocolate flakes, dark

Instructions

  1. Mix the custard powder with about 2 heaped tablespoons of sugar. Gradually stir in at least 6 tablespoon of the 1/2 l cold milk until smooth. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil, remove from the stove and stir in the mixed powder. Cook the pudding for at least 1 minute while stirring.
  2. Let the pudding cool. Stir occasionally so that it does not skin. Drain the cherries in a colander. Beat the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff.
  3. Now fold the cream into the cold vanilla pudding. We recommend mixing everything in a large mixing bowl. Fold in the cherries and 3/4 of the chocolate flakes.
  4. Now pour the pudding into a serving bowl and sprinkle the remaining chocolate flakes over it. Put the pudding in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
