Ingredients

  • 2 onions)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 100 g prunes
  • 400 g beef oulash
  • 1 cinnamon stick (s)
  • some allspice powder
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 350 ml red wine, drier
  • 200 ml beef stock
  • some salt and pepper
  • 0.5 ½ small Hokkaido pumpkin (se)

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onion and garlic. Halve the plums.
  2. Put the meat with the prepared ingredients and cinnamon, allspice, bay leaf, red wine and stock in a large saucepan. Season with salt and pepper. Let simmer on the stove over medium heat for about 1.5 hours.
  3. Cut the pumpkin into cubes. Add this with 250 ml water and let simmer covered for another half an hour. Season again with salt and pepper.
  4. This goes well with mashed potatoes.
