- 1 head lettuce
- 250 g rapes, blue
- 50 g hazelnuts, chopped
- 2 pear (s)
- 250 g curd milk
- 1 tablespoon cranberries, from the glass
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch (s) sugar

- Clean the lettuce, wash it, drain it and chop it into bite-sized pieces and arrange on a large platter.
- Wash, halve and core the grapes.
- Mix the curdled milk with the cranberries, season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and sugar and season to taste.
- Peel, core and quarter the pears and cut into fine wedges.
- Now pour the pears, grapes and chopped nuts over the prepared salad and then pour the sour milk sauce evenly over it.
