Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 250 g rapes, blue
  • 50 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 2 pear (s)
  • 250 g curd milk
  • 1 tablespoon cranberries, from the glass
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Clean the lettuce, wash it, drain it and chop it into bite-sized pieces and arrange on a large platter.
  2. Wash, halve and core the grapes.
  3. Mix the curdled milk with the cranberries, season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and sugar and season to taste.
  4. Peel, core and quarter the pears and cut into fine wedges.
  5. Now pour the pears, grapes and chopped nuts over the prepared salad and then pour the sour milk sauce evenly over it.
