Ingredients

  • 50 g spelled flakes
  • 1 small apple
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 dash orange or lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • Nuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Bring the water with the flakes, linseed, juice and raisins to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Quarter the apple, remove the core and cut into pieces. If you want, you can also peel the apple. Put the apple pieces in the pot and simmer until the water has evaporated.
  3. Arrange the porridge in a bowl. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sprinkle with chopped nuts to taste.
