Ingredients

  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 1 avocado (s)
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoon chocolate flakes, dark

For the sauce:

  • 4 passion fruit (s)
  • 2 tablespoon agave syrup

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate over the water bath and then let it cool down. Puree the avocado, banana and whipped cream, alternatively soy cream etc. Stir in the melted chocolate. Fill into glasses and chill for 2 hours.
  2. A fruit sauce also tastes delicious. To do this, halve the passion fruit and scrape out the pulp. Cook with 2 tablespoons of agave syrup for 2 minutes and then allow to cool.
  3. For serving, sprinkle the mousse au chocolat with 2 tablespoons of dark chocolate shavings and pour the passion fruit sauce over it or serve with it.
  4. Also tastes good with other fruits, e.g. pureed strawberries.
