For the vinaigrette:
- 1 lime (s), juice and zest it, organic, untreated
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon walnut oil
- 1 tablespoon dill
- Salt and pepper
- Coconut blossom sugar
