For the vinaigrette:

• 1 lime (s), juice and zest it, organic, untreated
• 2 tablespoon vinegar
• 2 tablespoon water
• 1 tablespoon walnut oil
• 1 tablespoon dill
• Salt and pepper
• Coconut blossom sugar

Instructions

1. Halve and core the avocado, then remove the pulp with a spoon and dice. Wash and slice the cucumber.
2. Prepare the vinaigrette and season to taste.
3. Mix everything together and serve fresh.
