Ingredients

  • 1 roll (s) goat cream cheese (200 g)
  • 200 g mixed salad, e.. lamb`s lettuce, friseè
  • 250 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 2 avocado (s)
  • 150 ml grapefruit juice
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pepper berries, pink
  • 6 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the goat cheese into slices and place in an ovenproof dish. Halve the tomatoes and add to the cheese. Mix the grapefruit juice with the maple syrup and pepper berries and drizzle the mixture over the cheese and tomatoes. Let it melt in the oven for 5 - 8 minutes.
  2. Peel the avocados and cut the flesh into fine wedges. Clean the lettuce.
  3. Arrange the lettuce and avocados on plates and spread the cheese and tomatoes on top. Mix the brew from the mold with the vinegar and oil, add salt and drizzle over the salad.
