Ingredients
- 1 avocado (s)
- 1 orange (s)
- 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ chili powder
- salt and pepper
- 100 g baby spinach

- Squeeze the orange and lemon. Puree the juice with the avocado pulp. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chilli.
- Briefly bring to the boil in a small saucepan and stir in the spinach. When it has collapsed, distribute it on e.g. pasta. Also tastes very good with rice.
