Ingredients

  • 1 avocado (s), ripe but still firm
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves, chopped

For the marinade:

  • Chilli pepper (s), without seeds, very finely diced
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.5 ½ orange (s), the juice it
  • 0.5 ½ lime (s), the juice from it
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. For the marinade, mix orange, lime and agave syrup with chilli, salt and pepper and fold in the olive oil.
  2. Peel the avocado, remove the stone, dice the pulp and immediately add to the marinade. Wash and clean the strawberries and also cut them into cubes. Clean, wash and chop the spring onions. Add the strawberries and spring onions to the avocado, mix carefully and season to taste.
  3. Sprinkled with the coriander leaves z. Serve with fish or poultry.
