Avocado, Banana, Apple and Grape Smoothie

by Editorial Staff

It would seem, why add avocado to the smoothie, which will simply “get lost” due to its neutral taste. But avocado influences not so much the taste of the smoothie as it does the texture. Avocado, banana, apple, and grape smoothie turns out to be incredibly tender – beyond words!

Cook: 10 minutes

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Ripe avocado – 1 pc. (100 g)
  • Apple – 1 pc. (150 g)
  • Banana – 1 pc. (200 g)
  • Grapes (preferably seedless) – 50 g
  • Kefir / natural yogurt / fermented baked milk – 300 ml
  • Honey (optional) – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Peel the banana and cut it into slices. Peel the apple, remove the core. Cut the apple pulp into random pieces.
  2. Cut the avocado in half. Remove the bone by picking it up from below with a spoon, or stick a knife blade into it and twist it in different directions. Using a tablespoon, remove the avocado pulp from the rind and chop coarsely. Send the apple, banana, grapes, and avocado to the blender bowl.
  3. Pour in kefir (or natural yogurt, or fermented baked milk). Whisk with a hand blender until smooth. Try it. If the sweetness of the banana and apple is not enough, you can add 1 teaspoon of honey.
  4. Avocado, banana, apple, and grape smoothie is ready.

Bon Appetit!
