Ingredients

  • 1 avocado (s)
  • 1 banana (s), ripe
  • 3 tablespoon coconut milk
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoon rice syrup
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa nibs
  • 50 g fruit your choice
  • 1 tablespoon rice syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon rum, brown
  • some coconut blossom sugar
  • some chilli flakes
  • some walnuts, chopped, or almond sticks

Instructions

  1. Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Halve and core the avocado and scoop out the pulp. Puree the banana, avocado and coconut milk with the hand blender to a smooth mass.
  2. Slowly melt the dark chocolate in a saucepan over a water bath. Then with the cocoa powder, cocoa nibs, vanilla, rice syrup and the puree made from banana and
  3. Mix the avocado into a mousse with the mixer.
  4. Peel the fruit and cut into small cubes. Mix with the rum, rice syrup, lime juice, coconut blossom sugar and chilli flakes and let steep.
  5. Arrange the mousse in bowls and garnish with the marinated fruit. Finally, top with a few chopped walnuts or almond sticks.
