Ingredients

  • 4 baked rolls (rye rolls)
  • 1 avocado (s)
  • 4 slices raw ham
  • 2 half bell peppers, red and yellow
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 bed cress
  • 1 bed cress (red radish cress)
  • cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • possibly chili powder
  • 4 lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. Prepare the baked rolls according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile, cut the peppers into strips and the avocado pulp into slices.
  2. Fry the ham. Then prepare the fried eggs in the same pan and season with the spices. Turn briefly. You should still have a liquid yolk.
  3. When the rolls are ready, cut them open, spread them with cream cheese and top with lettuce, paprika, avocado and the baked ham. Put the egg and cress on top.
