  • 1 avocado (s)
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 1 onion (s), red
  • 10 stalks parsley
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • some sesame
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Core, peel and quarter the avocado, then cut a quarter into slices and roughly dice the rest. Quarter and core the cucumber and also roughly dice. Remove the tomatoes from the stalk, core and roughly dice. Peel and finely dice the onion. Roughly chop the parsley. Mix a dressing from olive oil and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Put the ingredients in a large bowl, mix carefully, sprinkle with sesame seeds and place the avocado slices on top.
