Ingredients

  • 1 avocado (s), large, ripe
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 120 g cream quark
  • 1 bunch basil, the leaves it
  • Seasoned Salt
  • Pepper, white, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Halve the avocado and remove the core. Remove the pulp from the skin and drizzle with lemon juice. Puree very finely with the cream quark in a blender. Put the basil leaves in the blender and mix everything well. Pour the dip into a bowl and season with salt, pepper and possibly a little lemon juice.
