Avocado Dressing

• 1 avocado (s), ripe
• 1 lemon (s), add the juice
• 4 tablespoon crème fraîche
• 1 tablespoon horseradish
• 1 pinch cayenne pepper
• 1 clove garlic, crushed
• salt
• Tabasco

Instructions

1. Peel the avocado, cut in half, stone and mash the pulp with a fork. Mix in the lemon juice. Stir in the crème fraîche, horseradish, cayenne pepper and garlic. Season to taste with salt and Tabasco.
2. With green or tomato salad or as a dip with vegetables.
