Ingredients

  • 1 avocado (s), I like to use the Hass avocado
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon chervil, fresh, finely chopped
  • some pepper
  • some chili

Instructions

  1. The preparation time is approx. 5 minutes.
  2. Put the feta in a bowl, pour lemon juice over it and then mash it with a fork.
  3. Halve the avocado, carefully remove the stone, cut the pulp crosswise and then remove the pulp with a teaspoon and add to the feta. Mash everything again with a fork and mix until a creamy mass is formed. Mix in the chervil, pepper and chilli.
  4. I like to eat this dip with sweet potato and potato slices that I had in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 ° C.
