• White bread, brown bread, crackers

Instructions

1. Puree the avocado pulp. Mix with lemon juice, salt, pepper, cress and the crushed garlic clove. Cut the sausage into fine cubes and fold in. Spread on the bread or crackers and cover with onion rings.
