Ingredients

  • 2 avocado (s)
  • 4 spring onion (s), chopped
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), green, pitted and very finely chopped
  • 2 lime (s), the juice it
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 150 ml sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Put the avocados, spring onions, chillies, lime juice, olive oil and sour cream in the blender and coarsely puree. Possibly add a little water until the cream has the desired consistency. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Cover immediately to prevent the cream from discolouring. Keep covered in the refrigerator until serving.
  3. Tastes very tasty with vegetable sticks or bread sticks.
