Instructions

  1. Peel and squeeze the garlic and mix with lemon juice, chili powder and salt. Peel the avocado and cut into bite-sized pieces and mix with the juice. Then add the peeled and cut mango and asparagus, mix well.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and grate the parmesan on top.
