Ingredients

  • 1 mango (s), ripe
  • 1 avocado (s), ripe
  • 250 ml oat drink
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (organic, Ceylon)
  • 1 teaspoon smoothie powder (Lebepur Green Beauty)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Peel the mango and avocado, remove the stone and chop the flesh. Puree all ingredients with the mixer or smoothie maker. If the consistency is still too thick, add a little more water or oat drink.
  2. The finished amount is about 1 liter, for me it is 4 - 5 smoothie glasses.
