Ingredients
- 2 packs mozzarella (mini mozzarella), a total 40 balls
- 1 bunch basil
- 2 clove (s) garlic (s)
- 1 large onion (s)
- 3 avocado (s), ripe
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 150 g crème fraîche
- salt and pepper
- Chili sauce (Thai sauce)

- You need 20 small shot glasses and 20 toothpicks.
- Put a leaf of basil and two balls of mozzarella on each toothpick.
- Chop the avocado pulp, remaining basil, garlic and onion and puree everything with the crème fraîche and lemon juice using a blender. Season with salt and pepper, if you want you can also season with Thai sauce.
- Half fill the shot glasses with the cream and add the skewers.
