Ingredients

  • 2 packs mozzarella (mini mozzarella), a total 40 balls
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 2 clove (s) garlic (s)
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 3 avocado (s), ripe
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper
  • Chili sauce (Thai sauce)

Instructions

  1. You need 20 small shot glasses and 20 toothpicks.
  2. Put a leaf of basil and two balls of mozzarella on each toothpick.
  3. Chop the avocado pulp, remaining basil, garlic and onion and puree everything with the crème fraîche and lemon juice using a blender. Season with salt and pepper, if you want you can also season with Thai sauce.
  4. Half fill the shot glasses with the cream and add the skewers.
