Ingredients

  • 1 avocado (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 1 kohlrabi
  • Cheese, e.g. Emmentaler, Mozzarella, Parmesan
  • 2 handfuls basil
  • 250 ml cream
  • 500 g ribbon noodles
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • sea-salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook and drain the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Cut tomatoes into small pieces, season with coarse sea salt and place in a cold, ungreased pan. Let it get hot and simmer over medium heat until almost all of the water is gone.
  3. Cut the kohlrabi into 5 mm cubes. If you want them softer, you should blanch them in salt water.
  4. Dice the avocado and onions and sprinkle with basil. Puree lemon juice, olive oil, cream, salt and pepper in a blender.
  5. When the pasta and tomatoes are ready, mix all the ingredients together and grate the cheese. Now put everything in a baking dish and rub some cheese over it for the color. Place in the oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for 30 minutes and then grill in the oven for 5 - 10 minutes at 250 ° C as desired.
