Ingredients

  • 2 avocado (s), ripe
  • 1 lemon (s) or lime, untreated
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 150 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, smooth (or coriander)
  • sea-salt
  • Pepper, black

Instructions

  1. Grate the lemon zest in a small bowl. Peel and squeeze the garlic. Add the juice of the lemon and chop the parsley into fine strips and also add. Peel the avocados, cut into small cubes and add. Cut the tomatoes into cubes of about the same size and add them. Drizzle some olive oil over it, mix everything well and season with sea salt and pepper.
  2. Let it steep and serve with grilled meat or fish.
  3. Very tasty with tuna, swordfish, barracuda, veal steak or pork steak. Only with this relish and fresh baguette a light, summery meal!
