Ingredients

  • olive oil
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 250 g rice
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 avocado (s)
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • Lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onion, sauté in a saucepan in olive oil until translucent. Finely chop the garlic or press it through the garlic press, add to the onions and do not fry too hot. Add the rice and roast a little while stirring. Pour around 500 ml of water, season with salt and cook according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. In the meantime, finely dice the avocado and tomatoes. When the rice is ready, season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and lemon juice and fold in the avocado and tomatoes.
  3. Let everything steep for a moment and then enjoy.
