Ingredients

  • 2 avocado (s)
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 8 cherry tomato (s)
  • 0.5 ½ chilli pepper (s), fresh red
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 8 king prawns, raw, headless or shell
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 sprig rosemary

Instructions

  1. Halve, peel and finely dice the avocados. Drizzle with a little lemon juice.
  2. Clean and finely dice the peppers. Eight tomatoes. Halve and core the chilli pepper and cut into fine strips.
  3. Mix everything together, season with 2 - 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  4. Mix in the chopped basil just before serving.
  5. Rinse and clean the king prawns, season with salt and pepper.
  6. Fry the prawns together with the halved, unpeeled clove of garlic and the sprig of rosemary in the remaining olive oil for 2 minutes. Serve with the avocado salad and garnish with a little rosemary.
