Ingredients

  • 200 g salmon (smoked salmon)
  • 2 avocado (s)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch coriander greens
  • 1 chilli pepper (s)
  • 1 lime (s)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Peel the avocado and cut into small cubes. Cut the spring onions into small pieces. Chop the coriander. Cut the salmon as small as possible. Also cut the chilli into small pieces (remove the seeds, otherwise it will be too hot). Squeeze the limes.
  2. Put everything in a bowl and mix with the lime juice and oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Let it steep in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour. Serve with white bread and light white wine.
