Ingredients

  • 2 avocado (s), diced
  • 1 onion (s), red, diced
  • 2 tomato (s), diced
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoon corn, cooked
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, fresh chopped or coriander, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice from it
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ chilli flakes, dried or some chopped fresh chili

Instructions

  1. The preparation is very easy. All ingredients are diced or finely chopped and carefully mixed with the other ingredients. Be careful because otherwise the avocado will quickly become mushy. At the end it is seasoned with lemon juice, salt, pepper and parsley.
  2. The salsa can be served with tortilla chips, tortillas or baguettes.
