Instructions

  1. Hollow out the avocado and dice the meat - immediately drizzle with the juice of half a lemon so that it does not discolour. Then chop up with the hand blender.
  2. Finely dice the onion and garlic cloves and add to the avocado together with the low-fat yoghurt. Puree until a cream is formed.
  3. Season to taste with salt and white pepper. The sauce should always be made fresh and not stand too long, as the avocado can become unattractive in color.
  4. This sauce comes from Spain and is an ideal companion for grilled meat.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
