Ingredients
- 2 avocado (s), ripe or very ripe, cut into pieces
- 5 tablespoon sesame paste (tahini)
- 2 lemon (s), the juice it, without the pulp
- 2 clove (s) garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- salt
- Cayenne pepper, possibly

- Process all ingredients into a puree in the food processor. Serve in small bowls, sprinkle with cayenne pepper if necessary. Flatbread goes great with it.
- Tahini or tahini is a sesame paste that can be bought in jars or cans in Arabic and Turkish grocery stores. I recommend the cans from the Arabic stores.
