Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 orange (s), the peel
  • 60 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 avocado (s)
  • 400 g shrimp (s), cooked
  • 0.25 ¼ bunch chives
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the chives into 2.5 cm long rolls.
  2. Dressing: Mix mayonnaise, grated orange peel and orange juice.
  3. Halve the avocados lengthways, stone and peel. Cut each half lengthways into thirds and arrange on 4 plates. Cover with dressing and sprinkle with chives, salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
