Ingredients

  • 1 avocado (s)
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • pepper
  • 3 spring onions with green
  • 2 tomato (s), peeled and pitted
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • 1 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
  • 1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
  • 1 pinch (s) cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the avocado and cut into small cubes. Mix immediately with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Cut the onions and tomatoes into small cubes, peel and chop the egg, finely chop the parsley and garlic.
  2. Add everything to the avocado, mix well and season with mustard, cayenne pepper and Worcester sauce.
