Ingredients

  • 150 g cucumber (s)
  • 0.5 ½ medium onion (s)
  • 1 avocado (s)
  • 0.5 can ½ tuna
  • 1 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 dashes balsamic vinegar reduction (or balsamic vinegar)

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the cucumber and onion in a bowl. Cut the egg into slices in the egg cutter and add. Remove the stone from the avocado, dice the pulp and add to the bowl with the tuna.
  2. Add lemon juice, olive oil and some balsamic vinegar (reduction), mix everything well and let it steep for approx. 3-5 minutes. Then season with salt and pepper and serve.
  3. I eat this in this amount as my main meal.
