Ingredients

  • 1 medium tomato (s)
  • 1 bunch chives
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • some olive oil
  • 1 avocado (s), fully ripe but firm

Instructions

  1. Wash the tomato and cut it into very fine cubes. Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls. Now mix with salt, pepper, vinegar and oil and season to taste, set aside until serving.
  2. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and peel. Cut each half lengthwise into thin wedges, arrange in a fan shape on 2 plates and decoratively cover with the vinaigrette. Fresh white bread or toasted white bread goes well with it.
